My story

Why I built Altiora

I've spent most of my career inside two of the world's most sophisticated commerce machines — Google and Amazon. I've seen how growth works at scale, what data actually matters, and how the best brands think about their channels holistically rather than in isolation.

But I've also seen what happens on the other side. Founders investing serious money into marketing without a unified strategy. Brands running ads on one platform while their marketplace listings are unconverted and their email list is silent. Growth that should compound — but doesn't, because nothing is connected.

That's the gap I built Altiora to fill. Not another agency that runs your Meta ads and sends a monthly report. A genuine partner who understands your full commerce ecosystem — from your D2C webstore to your marketplace presence to the creative that drives people to both — and builds a system to make them work together.

I work with a small number of brands at a time, intentionally. Because real partnership means I'm invested in your results, not just your retainer. When you grow, I grow. That's the only model that makes sense to me.

I'm also currently building my own commerce brand — which means I'm using the same systems I build for clients on my own business every day.
